Our Mission
Our mission is to develop ethical values, promote academic competency and foster enthusiasm for learning.

Our Vision
Educating the child's mind, body, and spirit through Christian values in an ever-changing world. In order for the mission of the school to be accomplished, we use the whole brain learning methods in a Christian community.

Christian Education
As The Village School is a Christian program, children are given many opportunities to experience worship, prayer, and daily practice of Christian teaching. Teachers model the values that the school emphasizes through Christ Skills. The skills form the base for the discipline model. Instead of a formal Code of Conduct with rules and consequences, the teachers make a covenant with the students to do their best to live up to these standards, with the concepts of grace and forgiveness emphasized.

A Message from the Head of School
Congratulations to Lisa Simpson for outstanding achievement last Friday at the National Saxophone Competition

As the Head of School, I am grateful for the privilege of working in a profession where I can express my passion - the education of children. God has called me to service in the area of children's ministry in education, and it is very fulfilling. It continues to be a thrill to see the children run (or be carried) down the sidewalk each day with enthusiasm for learning and growing in a supportive Christian environment.

We are celebrating February with a reading incentive program!  Students K-5 grades get to fill out a heart with their name/book/grade to be posted on the front hallway at school.  We are encouraging students to read as many books as they can to fill our hallway up.  Please help support our children with the love of reading!
