Travel Opportunities

At The Village School, we believe that learning does not stop when school ends. Instead, we strive to give students the very best opportunities to continue the learning experience outside the classroom. It is our firm belief that providing students with travel opportunities to explore and learn outside the classroom only enhances the educational experience and creates a dynamic Student Life program here at TVS.

Experiential Learning Week

Experiential Learning Week is a time dedicated to creating student experiences and learning opportunities outside the classroom. In the Middle School, each grade level from 5th through 8th grade have specific travel destinations that take them from a tour of Florida all the way to Washington D.C. For the Upper School, TVS students will explore a city within the United States.
Experiential Learning Week happens the week of April 22, and school is closed during this week as student travel, explore and learn.
